Concept
The beautiful ribbon, sanadahimo, was introduced to Japan from Tibet in ancient time as a band to tie sacred books. The twine made of Japanese paper, koyori, was used to tie a kimono in wrapping. These materials containing long historic stories are coordinated with modern lighting fixtures. The title "Shun-Shu" is a haiku word expressing a delicate feeling; one feels a melancholy on an exhilarating spring day.
